How quickly do I receive my Evaluation Account?

Your Evaluation account credentials are sent via email immediately after purchase, so you can begin trading right away. Credentials for the next evaluation phase (e.g., Phase 2) are processed instantly and should arrive within 10 minutes after passing the previous phase. Please check your email for this update. If you haven’t received your credentials within the mentioned timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Email Inbox: Be sure to look in your primary email folder and spam/junk folders for the email containing your credentials.

  2. Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] to request Phase login credentials be reissued. For Simulated Funded Account credentials, ensure all KYC requirements are fulfilled. These credentials are processed within 24-48 business hours. Response times may vary based on risk analysis. Still have issues?
