Payout Details

  • Minimum withdrawal: $100

  • Processing fee: $40 (flat)

  • Payout processor: We use Riseworks for all withdrawals

  • Processing time: Most payouts are handled in under 6 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days, just in case.To successfully initiate a withdrawal, complete the following steps:The $40 Riseworks fee is deducted from all withdrawals. For example, if you withdraw $200 and have a 90% performance split, the calculation would look like this:

  1. $200 × 90% = $180 (Amount after performance split)

  2. $180 - $40 (Riseworks fee) = $140 (Final payout received). This ensures a clear understanding of what to expect after deductions.

  1. Submit a new withdrawal request in Riseworks.

  2. Provide essential payout details including relevant bank information such as your IBAN (if applicable) during onboarding.

  3. Riseworks will process your payment upon completion. To ensure accurate and timely processing:

  • Double-check all payout details entered during onboarding.

  • Regularly verify your payout schedule for potential discrepancies. If you encounter issues like an incorrect payout date (e.g., showing one month ahead), contact support to report the issue. Support will identify and correct the error to align with the accurate schedule.Q: Why did my payout not reflect the full performance split, and will the remaining balance be sent later? A: There is no remaining balance to be sent later. The $40 fee deducted explains why you received slightly less than your calculated performance split.
